The Boodles is an annual tennis event held at Stoke Park Country Club, Spa and Hotel in Buckinghamshire where Chris Wheeler is the Executive Chef.

Each year Chris challenges himself and his team to be more innovative, creative and show-stopping than the previous years with tennis ball desserts, tennis racket pie tops and edible tennis courts having featured on the menu.

Chris and his Team cater for over 4000 people throughout the 5-day event each year, serving 3 Course Lunches on arrival followed by Afternoon Tea later in the day…
