It’s that time of year again – Thame Food Festival is right around the corner! This Saturday (24th September) Chris will be joining lots of other Chefs and iconic Foodies to take to the stage in order to prepare something delicious live for a cookery demonstration.

Chris has chosen to cook Sea Bream with Black Olive Tapenade Mash, Marinated Artichokes and a Spring Onion Salsa.

Last year, Chris hosted the Belazu Pop Up Restaurant in the Church at Thame Food Festival so it will be a new and exciting experience to be on stage demonstrating one of autumn dishes following his well-known cuisine theme of Modern British with a Mediterranean Twist!

Chris and his team look forward to seeing lots of you at Thame Food Festival and hopefully some friendly faces amongst the crowd…
