Award winning Chef, Chris Wheeler, returns to his roots. Chris, the Ginger Chef, is delighted to have returned to his roots in order to be a consultant for Lamb and Wolf Limited – who boast four pubs in Dorset.
Chris will be consulting on the menu, making guest appearances, gourmet dinners and training / assisting in the kitchens on his frequent visits ‘back home.’

Chris is often the familiar face at events where he will host pop-up restaurants, demos & stands.

Chris Wheeler has been the ambassador for AHDB Beef and Lamb, the organisation for beef and lamb levy payers in England since January 2017.
